Morgan Mellette, MAI, has been busy teaching various classes for the Appraisal Institute. Some recent seminars Mellette has taught include: Forest Appraisal at University of Georgia (2023); Valuation of Conservation Easements in Atlanta and Boston (2023); Forest Valuation for Non-Foresters in Columbia, South Carolina (2024). Mellette was asked by the Georgia Department of Revenue to teach Forest Valuation to their appraisers in February 2019.
